Shipping & Returns


All purchases will be dispatched within 24-48 business hours from the date the order was placed. 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
(Please keep in mind the couriers doesn't work weekends or public holidays!)



We offer free express delivery for all domestic orders.



We have a flat rate express delivery price for Australia. All Australian orders are sent via express post at $15 NZD per order, all orders over $200 NZD are offered free express shipping. 



We have a flat rate express delivery price for USA & Canada. All of these orders are sent via express post at $20 NZD per order.



We have a flat rate express delivery price for Asia. All of these orders are sent via express post at $25 NZD per order.

We want you to love your AARY Athletica pieces! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, returns do not include gift cards or sale stock, so please choose these carefully. 

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size or colour in stock.

We aim to have your return processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item(s). 

Please note we do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition. This includes packaging and tags.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

AARY Athletica reserves the right to deny a return if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant etc.)

Returns must be sent with a copy of the provided return form, to the address listed on your returns form

Please note, in the case that item(s) are sent back which do not honour our returns policy outlined above, the item(s) will be sent back with charges payable by the customer.

AARY Athletica make every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a store credit will be emailed to you.



In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact us via Please include your order number, photos, and relevant information regarding the fault so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. AARY Athletica does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item.  If the replacement item in your size is out of stock we will offer you a full refund. 

We will notify you once your refund has been approved. Please note, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. 



All orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), using the most current exchange rate. 



It is important to be aware that custom policies vary from country to country, with this in mind you may be subject to overseas custom duties and/or other taxes. If such costs do occur, they are payable by the recipient. To minimise any surprises please be sure to check with your local customs office for further information prior to finalising your purchase.
